Omelet in a Bag
2 large eggs
1 T. grated cheese
1 T. of another ingredient is desired – onion, ham, mushrooms, etc.
1 small Ziploc bag
Bring a medium sized pan of water to a boil.
Write your name on your Ziploc bag with a marker.
Each person crack their eggs into the Ziploc bag. Add cheese and other optional ingredients.
Seal the bag, squish ingredients to mix. “Burp” the air out.
Drop bags into boiling water. Boil for 6 minutes.
Reduce heat to a simmer and heat for another 4 minutes.
Carefully take omelet out and put on a plate to enjoy.
