Adult ADHD daily planner
As someone who has recently been diagnosed with ADHD in my
late 40s, I am still working through many of the implications. One
of them is getting a framework where I feel I can achieve more
each day. I have put together a working template to allow me to
plan each day with the various tasks I need to accomplish.
