Course Objective
The course is designed to introduce first year MBA students to leadership concepts. The
course examines the importance of leadership in the context of business. The course will
broaden the perspective of the student by discussing various leadership theories and
leadership styles. It will prepare the management students to understand the challenges
involved in leading business ventures and make them aware of the skills and competencies
required to be an effective leader.
