Procedure to install Aspen One
Steps:
Note: For the complete installation of Aspen One, follow these following steps carefully
and properly.
1. First open the folder ‘Aspen.Engineering.v8.8’.
2. In that folder, open the ‘Crack’ folder and then go into the folder ‘Sentinel RMS License
Manager 8.5.1’.
3. In that folder double click on the setup (at last) to install the crack.
4. Simply install this crack by putting any ‘organization name’ and finish the installation.
5. Open the properties of your computer by right click on the ‘This Pc’ icon on the
desktop.
6. Click on the ‘Advanced System settings’ option, which is top left side of the opened
tab.
7. Then click on the ‘Environment Variables’ option on the new opened tab.
8. On the new opened tab, at bottom of system variables, click on the ‘New’ option to
create it.
9. On the opened ‘New System Variable’ tab, write your computer name as it is in the
space of variable name.
10. In the space of variable value put this value ‘C:\Program Files (x86)\Common
Files\SafeNet Sentinel\Sentinel RMS License Manager\WinNT\loadls.exe’ OR go to
this address, copy it from the address bar which is on the top of that folder and paste it
on the variable value in ‘New System Variable’ tab.
11. Then click on ‘Ok’ of ‘New System Variable’ tab, ‘Environment Variables’ tab and
‘System Properties’ tab.
12. Again open the software folder ‘Aspen.Engineering.v8.8’, open the ‘Crack’ folder and
then go into the folder ‘Sentinel RMS License Manager 8.5.1’.
13. Then open the folder ‘Tools’.
14. In that folder scroll down to locate the application ‘WlmAdmin’.
15. Right click on it and run it as an administrator.
16. In the opened window click on the ‘+’ option of ‘Subnet Servers’ which is on the top
left side of the opened window.
17. Your PC name will appear, right click on it and go to ‘Add Feature’ then go to ‘From
a File’ and then click on the ‘To Server and its File’ option.
18. In the opened tab, click on the ‘yellow button’ to go back, click this back button twice.
19. Now on the address bar there is only ‘Crack’ folder, click on the ‘License’ for the file
name and then click ‘Open’.
20. It will take some time to install all the licenses, so wait for it to complete.
21. Again open the software folder ‘Aspen.Engineering.v8.8’ and open the folder ‘DVD
Image’.
22. In that opened tab double click on the application name ‘Setup’ (which is of 199 KB)
to run the setup of Aspen.
23. Now the new tab ‘Welcome to Aspen Engineering V8.8 Installer’ will appear.
24. Click on the ‘Install aspenONE products’ option on the top of the opened tab.
25. Tick the option ‘I accept the terms of this agreement’ and click on the ‘Next’ button.
26. Again click on the ‘Next’ button, then don’t need to add any license server and license
file, just click the ‘Next’ twice more.
27. Click on the ‘Install Now’ option at bottom to install the software.
28. It will take time to complete the installation, so wait for it to complete.
29. Click on the ‘Finish’ button and then click on the ‘Reboot Now’ option to restart your
computer.
30. After your PC is restarted, go to the software containing folder
‘Aspen.Engineering.v8.8’.
31. In this folder there is a compress file named as ‘STRGXI2’.
32. Uncompressing it by right click on it and click on option ‘Extract Here’
33. Then the uncompressed file is appeared on that window which also names as
‘STRGXI2.dll’.
34. Copy this uncompressed file and paste on this folder ‘C:\Program Files (x86)\Common
Files\AspenTech Shared’ by click on ‘Copy and Replace’ option and providing the
administrator permission by clicking on ‘Continue’ button on the appeared window.
35. Also paste that copied file in this folder address ‘C:\Program Files (x86)\Common
Files\Hyprotech\Shared’ again by providing the administrator permission by clicking
on ‘Continue’ button on the appeared window.
36. Now go to desktop and click on the windows button and search the ‘Aspen HYSYS
V8.8’.
37. ‘Aspen HYSYS V8.8’ name will appear, right click on it and run as an administrator
(Run this program as an administrator only first time).
38. A box will appear in front of your screen, just click on the ‘×’ button which is on the
top right side of the box (Don’t need to click on any other option).
39. For the first time, it will take some time to run the software, (Don’t need to do any other
thing just wait) wait for it.
40. Similarly, now you can run all the products of Aspen Software and enjoy this free
software.
