Ans ) There are no children or adolescents in my family.

2. Determine their Body Mass Index (BMI). If actual
height or weight is not available or
undetermined, make an approximate measurement.

3. Make a nutritional plan (meal plan) for a day
(breakfast, lunch, and dinner) for the said
family members, basing on their vulnerability, food
preference (vegetarian, halal,
hypoallergenic, etc.), and kind of food available or
produced in your area.

4. How does this differ from your usual family meal?
Ans) Usually the number of servings of vegetables and
fruits are not as much as they are in the above
nutritional plan. Also the above nutritional plan has no
foods with added sugars which is different than the
usual family meal.
