Select the Usuarios tab at the left side of the screen.
Add a new user by clicking the + button.
Give this user a number (default is a random number) and name.
Select the correct department where the users belongs to.
Select the Login de Windows tab and add the windows name of this user.
Print jobs are a assigned to a database user by its user name, this can be the windows
username, but also MAC username. A user can have more than one name, if the user have various
login names. The benefit is that you can release all the print jobs in one action from the different
accounts, also the print jobs are calculated to one user in the reports.

Select the Cuentas tab at the left side of the screen.
Add a new account by clicking the + button.
Give this user a number (default is an increasing number) and assign it to a user.
Select the correct user group where the account belongs to.
Continue the wizard with next until finish.
