CONCLUSION
Land Reserve Malay is a symbol of sovereignty and privileges for people Malays to ensure the supremacy
of the malay in Malaysia (Rohayati & Rusnadewi, 2014). If no such action is to develop this land, not
impossible malay races will continue to fall behind in the economy progress and continues to be from
among the poor people. While the other races like Chinese will continue to be the successful entrepreneurs
and businessman and will control economy that cover the life needs and employments in Malaysia. For
that, the action must to take for develop and utilize these land for advancement Malay races. Malay Reserve
Land Enactments have been introducing in every state in Malaysia to protect the interest of Malay races.
The Malay themselves need to commercialize the malay reserved land to provide increase the value of the
land from being abandoned. The production like agriculture from the Malay Reserve Land also can boost
and increase the economic while can benefit to land owner because Malay Reserve Land in the country is
able to give a good economy. The government also need to play the initiative for development planning
that need to be strengthened for Malay reserve land which consider to less develop area and lack of
commercial value especially to rural area. The Malay Reserve Land Enactment is something special to
malay races that protect the position and standard in in this country, there for Malay Reserve Land
Enactment must take priority for the future malay generation.
