Pre Practicum Math Test
At the beginning of each clinical practicum, a math test is written to
assist you in medication administration. This semester will continue in
our typical fashion except the math test will be written online using
respondus. Remember that you are to write the multiple-choice test
independently, without the use of a calculator. The test is 30
questions-multiplication, division, decimals and a couple of medication
type questions, based on your math competencies from last semester.
There is a practice test with answers for you to practice prior to
writing.
The math test will be open September 8 at 9 am until September 9 at
2359. You will have 1 hour to complete the test and once you begin, you
have to complete it in the same time block. I am sure you will all get
80%, but if not, you will have the opportunity to re-write. Answers will
be released after everyone writes the test.
