The following report is based on the Case Study related to MAGICBRICKS where we
were appointed as Consultant of Sales Development Program.
The Survey is done by a Google form what opinions people have on Buying homes Online.
DATA COLLECTION:
Data Collection is done through Google Forms and the responses we got are from the people
who can be the prospect customers of MagicBricks.
IDENTIFICATION OF RELEVANT FACTS:
Facts are based on the questions customers have asked related to Online Property Portals. The
FAQs on the portals and general questions people ask.
We have identified all those facts and came up with main issue people are facing while buying
home online.
PROBLEM DEFINITATION:
People are generally not comfortable in buying homes from Online Property Portals.
They are the platforms that offer the property buyers and sellers a place to get linked with
others. These portals have list of the developers or individuals wishing to sell their properties
be it commercial, industrial or residential. Also, there you will find the profiles of various real
estate agents, brokers and consultants. Apart from these there are many Online Portals who
offer services like:

shown includes high rate of brokerage and other charges in comparison to the local
agents and offline service providers.
2. Frauds done by the agents: In recent times there are many types of frauds agents did
and taken lots of money from the customers.
3. They don’t know much about certified agents and Genuine Listing: People are still
unaware that these portals are assisted by Certified Agents and the listing of properties
are done genuine and real.

CASE SUMMARY
Thus, in the given case of Magic Bricks we have been appointed as Consultant of Sales
Development Program and here have to discuss about the FEATUES, ADVANTAGES and
BENEFITS of the company. Also we have to make the buyer’s persona of the prospect
customer.
We took a small survey to know the major problems which people are facing while buying
homes online. This we have done by seeing the questions which people are asking on different
platforms online like QUORA, and also made a Google Form where the respondents talked
about the problems they are facing and the reason of their doubts on these Property Websites.

Samsung was founded as a grocery trading store on March 1, 1938, by Lee Byung -Chull.
He started his business in Taegu, Korea, trading noodles and other goods produced in and
around the city and exporting them to China and its provinces.. Samsung first entered the
electronics industry in 1969 with several electronics-focused divisions—their first products
