(a) Commitment to public interest
• Uphold public interest
• Avoid wastage in public funds and revenues
(b) Professionalism
• Highest degree of excellence, professionalism
and skills in the performance of duties
(c) Justness and Sincerity
• In the context of the law, justness means an
impartial decision of conflicting claims
• Sincerity may be defined as a state of mind
which is truthful, free from deceit or hypocrisy
(d) Political Neutrality

• Provide service to everyone without unfair
discrimination and regardless of party affiliation or
preference

• Loyalty to the Republic and to the Filipino people
