Great Mobile App
For a mobile app’s success, it is very important to have a good UX. The users of your mobile
application will continuously use it if you will provide them a stellar experience. With this, the
users will not face any difficulty in browsing its several features and can easily navigate through
it.
The device and the user can communicate with each other via the mobile app’s screen known
as the user interface.
Now I am going to tell you why a bad UI/UX can kill a great mobile app.
1.No consideration is given to the user time – If the loading time of the app on the mobile is
more then the user will not take any interest in using it. A 32 % increase in the bounce rate
occurs if it takes 3 more seconds to load.
2.Navigation is poor – It will not download successfully if it is not properly organized. The
people who want to use it for various purposes will not be able to use it if it is poorly developed.
If its navigation is poor then the customer will not take any interest in using it. They will leave it.
3.Without any purpose you include the login page – Sometimes for accessing it further, you
have to log in to a page where you have to fill in the contact number, email id, name and several
other details. It will not be good to not allow the customers to use it without registering for it.
Because of this reason, so many users uninstall it.
4.Content is poor – The content present on it needs to be very good so that after reading it the
user makes his mind to use it. If the content is poor then the user will not take interest in using
the app.
