Challenges facing The American Government
During this era of rapid political, social and economic transformation, both federal and local
governments are facing setbacks including in the health system, education, election
misconduction and foreign attacks majorly. Election misconduction and lack of government trust
is a major challenge and needs to be addressed immediately in order to reinvent more sustainable
future in America
The fraudsters violates the outcomes through registering in many locations so they
can vote in multiple times, using someone else name to vote ,intimidating or paying
people to vote for them, voting illegally for non-citizens and using inmates ids to vote
because they don’t have ids. The national commission on federal reforms said that if fraud is detected
the whole process is no longer free and fair, the voter’s confidence is
decreased, the voters turnout depresses, the votes gets diluted and the elections can
get overturned just like in Indiana, new jersey and many other countries( Berman
., Brown ., et al 2021) .
This challenge can be solved when the states issues an id to vote as a compulsory requirement to prevent
citizens from borrowing or stealing other peoples ids .The government can also develop crosscheck
programs to prevent duplicate voting for those who have registered in multiple stations .Every state
should compare government records with voter rolls to
identify none citizens who might have voted illegally.

One of the most crucial role of the government is to protect the voters right to cast and
safeguard the whole electrical process for free and fair elections .Election integrity for
every single citizen is greatly required to help the government fight these challenges.
This will hence help the state get the right leaders who would lead the nation in the right manner and
address other drawbacks in the nation as well as safeguarding the future of every republic.
