TERMS AND CONDITIONS
INTERNSHIP PERIOD:
You will be on internship for a period of (6) months and may be con rmed as a permanent employee
upon mee ng the expecta ons of the role.
Working Hours:
Your working hours are from 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM. We presently have a ve days work week. However,
for the convenience of employees, the o ce is open on Saturdays and Sundays too. You will be governed
by the working hours of the client if you are deputed at any of our clients loca on.
Leave Policy:
All full me employees are eligible for leaves as per the company’s policy. In addi on, employees will
also be eligible for Na onal/fes val holidays and Maternity leave (for female employees as per the
policy) as applicable. With respect to Na onal/ fes val holidays, you will be governed by the policy od
the client if you are deputed at any of our client’s loca ons.
Passport, PAN Card, and AADHAR Card:
It is very important for you to have a valid passport, PAN Card, and AADHAR Card. If you donot have
them, please apply immediately.
Con ict of interest
You are requested not to engage in any other gainful or commercial employment or business; either
part- me or full – me, in an honorary manner or in a way that provides remunera on, directly or
indirectly, simultaneously as long as you are employed with Nitro Virtue So ware Games. You are also
required not to engage yourself indirectly in any other pro table business connected with the dealings
or ac vi es of the company in any way.

You are required to devote your full me and a en on in carrying out your work ac vi es honestly,
faithfully, and diligently keeping in mind at all the mes the company’s progress. You will not engage in
or do any other business or render any professional services either on a full – me or part- me basis.
You shall keep your work strictly con den al and not divulge or disclose to an outsider or ex-employee,
either during your employment or a er, any informa on or con den al ma ers related to the company,
its employee, or associates, which became aware of during your employment with us. You shall not act
in any manner, which may be prejudicial or detrimental to the reputa on and standing of the company.

Non- Solicita on:
As per Nitro Virtue so ware games policy, you will not take up any employment (either directly or on a
contract basis or on any other terms) with our clients where you have been assigned to, during the
employment with Nitro Virtue So ware games, or for 24 months therea er.
Non- Disclosure of o er of employment details:
Without the prior wri en consent of Nitro Virtue So ware Games, you will never directly or indirectly
disclose to any person or en ty, including clients or co-employees on any Project, and other terms of his
Agreement. NotwithStanding the above, disclosures to your spouse, nancial ins tu on, or prospec ve
contrac ng party or Employee’s agents or authorized representa ves are permi ed as long as further by
these par es is prohibited.

We hope your associa on with us will be a long one. However, you may terminate the associa on by
giving 90(ninety) days of the no ce period. This is applicable to employees in Both proba on and
con rmed status of employment.
Important points to note:
Your appointment takes e ect from the date you report for duty. Your appointment will be governed by
the HR policies, agreement, process and procedures of Nitro Virtue So ware Games which if undergoes
any change, will be no ed to you from me to me.
Your appointment shall be subject to you being declared medically t if needed. Even therea er, if
needed, you shall have to undergo periodical or special medical examina on from such a doctor as may
be nominated by the company for the purpose of determining whether or not you are medically capable
of carrying out your du es and if you found medically un t your services are liable to be terminated.
Your o er has been made based upon the con rma on furnished by you in the resume at the me of
the interview. However, if we nd any discrepancy or untrue informa on in the resume or in the copy of
documents/ cer cated provided by you as proof, Nitro virtue so ware Games reserves the right to
terminate your services without ay no ce. Your joining will be con ngent upon your submi ng all the
above documents.
In the event of any willful neglect of your du es, breach of trust, gross indiscipline or abandonment of
the posi on or any other derelic on of du es that may be prejudicial to the interests of the company,
the company has the discre on to terminate your services forthwith or such with such no ce as it deems
t and without any no ce pay whatsoever.
Your o er is made con ngent upon the fact that there are no pending claims, ac ons, suits, or legal
proceedings against you which might impact your ability to perform your du es for Nitro Virtue So ware
Games or Nitro Virtue So ware Games Clients and subject to a declara on that you have not been
involved in any fraud, unethical, immoral, act, departmental inquiry in your previous employments or
and no inves ga on is pending against you (Whether judicial, quasi-judicial or otherwise).
You shall sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement / Con den ality agreement as part of your joining
formali es.
You shall provide your consent to Nitro Virtue So ware Games for handling your sensi ve Personal
Informa on (SPI) as well as Personality Iden able Informa on (PII) as part of the HR les and joining
formali es.
As part of your employment, you shall be entrusted with Nitro Virtue So ware Games informa on as
well as Nitro Virtue So ware Games Clients’ informa on for comple ng the assignments in your day to
day ac vi es. You shall consider all this informa on as “Con den al” and ensure that you protect them
with organiza onal controls deployed.
