EMPLOYEE MULTICULTURALISM AND INCLUSIVENESS POLICY
Policy Statement
504 Technologies takes pride in being an accepting and inclusive workplace. Employees,
Partners, and Guests must always be treated with respect and acceptance. We, as a company,
believe that accepting and celebrating diversity in all ways makes us a stronger company, and
provides a space where all employees, partners, and guests can feel free to express themselves
without being subject to discrimination or persecution. 504 Technologies strongly supports
multiculturism and diversity and believes that adherence to these principles shapes and guides
the company’s future in a positive way.
Definitions
Multiculturalism in this workplace is defined as having employees of diverse gender, orientation,
religion, and culture. 504 Technologies recognizes and proactively supports this diversity by
allowing all employees to discover and grow new opportunities within the company.
Discrimination and prejudice against another employee based on gender, religion, political
affiliation, race, or sexual orientation will not be tolerated in any circumstance. All employees
are expected to believe and live these principles daily. Acceptance and application of these
principles elevates 504 Technologies as a leader and problem solver in an increasingly diverse
world.

Complaint Procedure
Report to any manager or Human Resources personnel any witnessed events of discrimination,
harassment, or retaliation for reporting these events, either to oneself, or other another
employee. These actions are in violation of 504 Technologies diversity and multicultural policies.
504 Technologies takes great pride in providing an accommodating, diverse, and nondiscriminatory workplace. These policies apply to all applicants, client partners, and employees,
both within and outside the workplace when engaged in company business.
