service); users can send pictures
and sound files, as well as short
messages, to mobile device or
computer; can send short video

(3) wireless instant messaging –
IM (Instant Messaging); real-time
internet communications service
that allows wireless mobile devices
to exchange messages with one or
more mobile devices or online
