UNI-TECH WEEKLY EHS SITE WALKTHROUGH
REPORT
INTRODUCTION:
• Weekly site safety walk down is conducting to track the safety observations, hazards, risks and
as a monitor tool for the control measures being implemented in the working area and to keep
the workplace safe.
• An EHS walkthrough take place with our UNI-TECH site management
• Some of urgent EHS matters were discussed immediately on site.
• The corrective action report will be prepared as soon as all items be closed.
• As a leading safety indicators and as proactive action we have conducted safety walkthrough to
ensure that all safety issues are controlled as well as showing the commitment regarding the
HSE.

Huge amount of formwork (plywood, tie-rods, timbers
and jacks) are left at main building 1st roof.
Scaffold materials are left after dismantling MB
columns SCAFF without arrangement.
Improper place for Electric Sliding Miter Saw, no
ergonomic position during use it
Rubbish and compostable materials are near to the
smoking area. Also, 2nd workshop has huge amount of
sawdust and plywood without control.
Poor management for at GIS area, scaffold materials
without proper store, plywood and timbers was
disarray
