Trade-In Policy
❖ The Trade-In program can not be used with other promotions at the same time.
❖ Customers are responsible for shipping fees if applicable.
❖ Trade-In equipment(s) MUST be returned to our office within 14 business days (since
the date they received new equipment(s)), otherwize the Trade-In promotion will expire.
❖ Tracking number has to be sent to the Accounting department for tracking purposes.
❖ Upon receiving the Trade-In equipment, the accounting department will issue
credits/refunds within 5 business days.
❖ For any refunds, please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be shown in your
account.
