1. CONFLICT OF INTEREST - potential to distort good judgement in faithfully
serving an employer or client
2. INSIDER INFORMATION - Using “inside” information to gain advantage or
set up a business opportunity for certain party.
3. BRIBES - money or goods offered beyond a stated business contract typically
in secret.
