pharmaceutical 、food and industry.
Ⅱ. Working principle and feature
1.Working principle
When the material enters the working chamber of the machine from the hopper, the
rotating rotary knife exerts a swirling effect on the raw materials, and throws the particles
toward the screen plate with centrifugal force. At the same time, due to the shearing effect
between the rotation of the rotary knife and the screen plate, the materials granule into small
particles, and discharged through the mesh hole.
Ⅲ.Installing 、testing and running of the machine
1. Installation of the machine
The whole machine is packed out of factory ，it can no loading run on the flat site and
power .
2.Adjustment
a. Open the belt wheel cover，toggle the triangle belt, check if the knife is rotated flexibly or
collided with the screen .
b. Start the motor，the rotated direction should accord with the machine indicated direction .
（check from the shaft end ，rotate in clockwise ）
3. Running
The machine can no loading run after finishing the fist and second article ，operating
according to the current motor inverter manual ，setting no load run time one hour or longer.
If the operation is in the normal condition ，the no loading run completed .
4. Load running
a. Prepared the materials for load running （Rotating according to the loading for 0.5-1 hour)
and connect the material barrel .
b. Set rotate knife speed （motor rotate speed ）
c. Choose screen hole diameter
d. Operate inverter ，feed material for running after the motor rotate speed reach to the
setting value .

e. Stop machine to check the granule diameter in the material barrel after rotating under
loading for 5-10 minutes .
f. Adjustment
The size of the particles is determined by the parameters such as the aperture of the screen,
the gap between the rotary knife and the screen, and the speed of the rotary knife. The user
should obtain the best process parameters according to the factory's raw material
performance and the required particle specifications and combination with the above
parameter tests. Formulate the factory's process regulations, which shall be executed in
accordance with this process regulation.
Ⅳ.Operating regulations

1.Carry out according to the second and three article.
2.Choose screen hole diameter 、rotate knife speed and space between rotate knife and
screen according to the user art regulation .
3.Check whether the belt wheel 、installation of rotate knife and screen are good. If find
damage, it need to exchange immediately .
5. Forbid the impurity to damage screen and rotate knife in raw material .
6.Cleaning
Clean once every shift, especially mesh cleaning.
