B. Procedures
1. Perform preliminary inspection in the area where the plants/ plant parts can be collected.
2. Prepare all the materials needed in plant collection.
3. Have someone to accompany you in the area for the documentation.
4. Before performing plant collection, ask necessary permission/consent first.
5. Decide which plant to collect that will represent the population of the sample.
6. Collect samples of the plant/important plant parts carefully.
7. Store them in storage box/ storage bags, ready for plant pressing
.
