Strengths.
Hey day butter major strengths as a butter processing company is the owner itself. They have
people on board that is highly experienced in making quality gourmet butter and understand how to
grow business from scratch. Also, it has access to highest quality local ingredients in Southern
Australian. Lastly, the variety of flavors gives the business the ability to compete in market.
Weaknesses.
The business is heavily dependent upon advertising the products to pursue customer opinion,
resulting to high marketing cost. In addition to that, being a new butter processing company, there is a
lack of financial capacity to engaged in the publicity specially when there is big names in the butter
processing line.
Opportunities.
The available opportunities are enormous. Most people around the world use butter products
regularly. Also, increase interest in health and nutrition could increase demand for our product.
Threat.
One of the major threats that we are likely face is the economic turndown and the arrival of new
butter processing plants.
2. Mission & Vision
Vision – To establish variety of exquisite flavors of gourmet butters that will not be only sold in Southern
Australia, but also throughout the other countries of the world.
Mission – To establish a butter processing business that will favorably compete with other butter
processing line of business.
3. Short- term and Long-term goals
Short- term
To expand the variety of flavors to be able to compete big names in butter processing business.
Also, conducting a through market survey and feasibility studies to penetrate the available market in our
target market location.
Long- term
To be able to expand in more countries around the world. Introduce our variety of products in
food businesses. Expand our plant to have a much bigger capacity of production.
