- I drink Zesto mango frequently but I rarely consume Coca cola and Milo. Fish sauce is
normally mixed with food so I think I consume very small amounts of it. Cal cheese,
on the other hand, I just ate it once since it was just for this worksheet.
c. Do you think these food products are good for your body? Why or why not?
- In my opinion, I think all of the food products are good for the body except the Coca
cola softdrink. Coke contains a lot of sugar which is not good for the body. The other
products can be good for the body as long as we eat them in moderation.
