SAMPANN
SAMPANN is an acronym for
System for Accounting and
Management of
Pension
which
help
in
timely
disbursement of Pension.
Comprehensive Pension
Management System (CPMS)
 It is a seamless pension processing system through
integrated software namely SAMPANN, which would bring
the processing, Sanctioning, authorisation and payment
units under a common platform.
Further to this, acknowledging the lack of
institutional knowledge and inability of the CPPCs and
bank branches to resolve the pension related grievances of
the pensioners, the Department has decided to introduce
direct credit of pension of accounts of pensioners,
leveraging the modern technology, thus realising the goal
of “Sanchar Pension, Seedha Vitran”
Pension Disbursement
 SAMPANN
has been introduced in the
Department of Telecommunication for the
purpose of Pension Processing, sanctioning,
Disbursement and also for pensioner’s
grievances redressal.
 PVA
software has been replaced by SAMPANN
for bringing all the pensionary matters under a
single window platform,
