How to Use Your Crystal Template!
There are 2 ways to use this template.
• You can upgrade the look and layout of your
current presentation.
• And/or you can open this template then add an
unlimited number of new slides.
How to…Slide 2
To upgrade the look of a presentation.
1. Open the presentation you want to change.
2. With that presentation open, use the menu
above to open the Design ribbon.
3. From the Design ribbon, expand the Themes
selection panel using the down ( ) arrow.

4. From there, select “Browse for Themes…”.
5. From there, browse to and click on this PPTX
format template.
How to…Slide 3
To create new slides with this template.
1. Click on the “New Slide” button. It is located in
both the Home and Insert ribbons (above, near
the left side).
2. Once you click on it, you’ll see all the layouts
provided by this template.
3. Click on a layout you want for the new slide.
4. Do the same for each new slide you want to add.
