Features
The business function provides the following features:
Replication of Employee Data
An enterprise service is provided for the replication of employee data. This enterprise service can be used to update the SAP ERP employee master data from the SuccessFactors Employee Central system. The enterprise service provides the possibility to replicate the following
employee data:
Actions (infotype 0000)
Organizational Assignment (infotype 0001)
Personal Data (infotype 0002)
Addresses (infotype 0006)
Planned Working Time (infotype 0007)
Basic Pay (infotype 0008)
Bank Details (infotype 0009)
Recurring Payments/Deductions (infotype 0014)
Additional Payments (infotype 0015)
Cost Distribution (infotype 0027)
Date Specifications (infotype 0041)
Communication (infotype 0105)
Person ID (infotype 0709)
After processing the replication, the enterprise service sends a confirmation message that shows the replication status.
Display of Pay Statements
A feature is provided to enable the display of pay statements in the Employee Central system.
Display of Payroll-Specific Employee Master Data
A feature is provided to enable the display of payroll specific employee master data in the Employee Central system.
