world are crossing millions. Researchers could
find it difficult to search their relevant domain
articles of genuinity and also to find a journal to
publish their findings which would reveal their
publication to a higher visibility. Most journals
publish articles but fail to increase visibility of
the articles. To lift such Journals and scholars to
integrate and make a communicative bridge
effectively between them Scholarly Citation
Index Analytics has stepped into an effort of
raising visibility of the articles and journals by
effective data harvesting. The scope of HIINDEX- SCIA includes only open access articles
which will reveal their statistical reachability to
the research community. Apart from the metrics
used in the world of Journals they have come up
with an initiative to measure the usage level of
journals or their articles or the articles of
scholars. So that it becomes easy for the Journals
to know their level in the world of research
publications and the researchers could find
appropriate journals that would bring good
citations to the articles. Let the Research grow
with the growth of researchers and publishers.
