the receipt of material from … SPS157 – Bradman St, New Beith, Q, 4124…….removed by CC Pipe and Civil.
CC P&C will deliver the agreed material to the above address. CC P&C will take all due care but will not be
responsible for damage to buried assets caused by heavy vehicles traversing the property. Drivers will follow
designated haul routes if they are in existence.
I Hereby indemnify Logan City Council and its employees and agents against any claim, action or process
for damage or injury which may arise from Council’s action in entering the specified property with trucks
and other equipment and/or machinery for the purpose of placement of fill material. Council does not
guarantee the quality of the fill material nor is it responsible for any compaction, levelling or trimming of the
material. I understand that as the landowner I must manage the material in a way that complies with any
relevant approvals, licences, permits, acts and regulation and avoids any harm to the environment, human
health or other people’s property.
Logan City Council will not be responsible for any filling on the specified property by other persons or
authorities, or for any subsequent contamination.
