Developing Policy for Mobile Softphone V3: ・New application for Android (not enhanced application of V2). ・Same concept as V2. ・V3 feature is basically same as V2 (some improvement from V2). ・Mobile User AK (KX-UCMA***) are also available by V3 users. iOS version ・Current V2 application continues until new version (on same platform with V3 Android) is developed. The Mobile Softphone supports this function for HTS32/824. Registration to PBX HTS32/824 checks Domain Name of SIP Message from the Mobile Softphone. If this checking is No-good, then the Mobile Softphone can NOT connect to HTS32/824. Up to 200 users in total. 33 How it works Push Notification This feature can be On/Off by setting at application(Android). It is necessary to make On/Off at OS level(iOS) Latest iOS or Android has low power consumption mode. It depends on device’s OS version but some of them doesn’t support Push Notification during low power consumption mode. For HTS “Push Notification” is not available for HTS. The application must be run on device when user like to use Mobile Softphone with HTS. It is not possible to receive call while Mobile Softphone doesn’t run on device. However, Mobile Softphone can not import this CSV file as it is. Because they use different character code between PBX and Mobile softphone. Mobile Softphone can recognize only UTF-8 character code. So, we provide the “manage phonebook tool” for this feature. a) Convert CSV file which exported from PBX 1) Open the file of manage phonebook tool. 2) Export the extension data from PBX, and open it. And you can find “SFnpxxxxxxx.log” Under internal storage. **Please restart smartphone once so that you can see the latest log file. 46 How to Take SIP Log (iOS)? Follow the procedure below to collect SIP log files from iOS after enabling “Collecting SIP Logs” on Mobile Softphone. 1. Start iTunes on Windows or MAC. If this procedure does not work, please update iTunes to version 12.6 or 12.7. 2. Connect the iPhone to the PC or MAC via USB. 3. Click on the iPhone icon. This icon appears when the iPhone is recognized by iTunes. Click on this icon. 47 How to Take SIP Log (iOS)? 4. Select “File Sharing” for iTunes V12.7 or “Apps” for iTunes V12.6. (Temporary countermeasure) Set Phone location property in VSIPEXT card’s port property to “Remote+Local “. Also, set “Panasonic SIP Phone Only” for security. * By this setting, all call on this extension is made via DSP, then DSP consumption increase. Please note.
