DESIGN SERVICES (DA&E)
Dear Sir,
We are submitting herewith our Proposal for Detailed Architectural & Engineering Design Services
(DA&E) for your approval.
I. SCOPE OF WORK
Based on the approved Design Development Documents, we shall:
1. Prepare the complete Contract Documents (signed and sealed) consisting of detailed design
and construction drawings, setting forth detail work required for:
 Architectural Plans
 Structural Plans incl. Structural Analysis
 Plumbing and Sanitary Plans
 Electrical Plans
 Mechanical Plans
 Fire Protection Plans
2. Prepares Techincal Specifications and Bill of Quantities/Estimates.
3. Submits seven (7) sets of all construction drawings and technical specifications for purpose
of obtaining building permits including sign and seal of Building Permit Forms.
II. PROFESSIONAL FEE
Our professional shall be multiplied to the TOTAL FLOOR AREA of the Project.

III. TERMS OF PAYMENT
30% upon Approval of this Proposal
50% upon submission of Initial Plans
20% upon submission of Final Plans
IV. OTHER SERVICES NOT INCLUDED



Interior design, Acoustic, and other Specialty Services needed to complete the project shall be
paid separately by the Owner
Taxes and Building Permit Fees not included
Cost for Extra Copy of Contract Documents when required by the Owner
