Civil War Post Card
Directions:
1. Your post card must represent the life of a soldier in the Confederacy (South)
or the Union (North).
2. Think about the life of a Confederate soldier fighting a defensive war. In
contrast, what life would be like for a Union solder fighting an offensive war.
3. Create a post card that would be sent to a loved-one describing your
experience.
4. The bottom section must be colorful and represent what is in your letter.
5. The top left must be filled with a letter telling about their experience.
6. The top right is for an address.
7. Create a stamp that you think would represent the time period.
