Once your classroom teacher contacts you over becoming a room parent, you two will sit down and discuss the class’ needs for the year. Plan and organize classroom celebrations (holidays, rewards, celebrations, field trips) Contact families to gather donations for celebrations and/ or learning projects Be present and available for school wide events (fundraisers, events, concerts) Volunteers Depending on your interest and availability (shown on the application) the office or your classroom teacher will contact you when an event or need arises!
