This is a picture that I created back in summer 2015. It is the sprite used to represent the final boss of my video game, Duke The Albino Cow. The boss is wolf Mitt Romney, the don of the wolf mafia that has conquered the United States.
I have a lot of sentimental value for this picture. The video game it is from was designed and developed over about 5 months as a birthday present for one of my closest friends. We had discussed making a game called Duke The Albino Cow for the past five years and it was always expected that it would never actually be created, so I learned how to create a video game and secretly develop for his last birthday before I left for college.
Overall, the game was very stupid. The final boss fight with wolf Mitt Romney was by far the most stupid part. The soundtrack was a looping track of Mitt Romney laughing, he had floating wolf head guardians that healed him, he threw red elephant fireballs at you, and you had to fight back by throwing fried beef sticks. It was my magnus opus and for that reason I will always love this sprite of wolf Mitt Romney. I’m not proud of most things I do in my life, but I feel like I did something great creating him. It gives me hope that I’ll be able to contribute something interesting to society in the future.
