RELEASE OF LIABILITY

ARUBA BOB SNORKELING
In exchange for participation in the activity of snorkeling organized by Aruba
Bob and/or the employees of Aruba Bob Snorkeling, I agree for myself and (if
applicable) for the members of my family and/or party, to the following:
1. I agree to observe and obey all posted rules and further agree to follow any oral
instructions or directions given by Aruba Bob or the employees of Aruba Bob Snorkeling.
2. I recognize that there are certain risks associated with snorkeling, and I assume full
responsibility for personal injury to myself and (if applicable) my family members, and
further release and discharge Aruba Bob Snorkeling for any injury, loss or damage
arising out of my or my family’s use of equipment, whether caused by the fault of
myself, my family or other third parties.
3. I agree to indemnify and defend Aruba Bob Snorkeling against all claims, causes of
action, damages, judgments, costs of expenses, including attorney fees and other
litigation costs, which may in any way arise during this snorkeling tour.
4. I agree to pay for all damages and/or loss of equipment during the snorkeling tour
caused by my or my family’s negligence, recklessness or willful actions.
I HAVE CAREFULLY READ THIS AGREEMENT AND FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS
CONTENTS. I AM AWARE THAT THIS IS A RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND A
CONTRACT BETWEEN MYSELF AND ARUBA BOB SNORKELING, AND I SIGN IT OF
MY OWN FREE WILL.
If Signed by a Parent or Guardian: I verify that the dangers of the activities and the
significance of this Release and Waiver were explained to the Participant and that the
Participant understood them.
