Good communication skills (as part of my job, I interact with many peoples, of different cultures).
- Leadership (I was head of IT support in a military unit from the Romanian MoD. I led teams made
up of two to seven persons);
- Good organizational skills (I was a member of the organizing committee of the COMM2010
International Conference);
- I was project manager for two research projects funded by the Romanian MoD.
Technical skills and competences
I have experience prototyping electronic circuits with discrete components and microcontrollers.
Excellent skills with digital signal processing algorithms, speech processing algorithms and natural
language processing.
Computer skills and competences
Excellent C and Matlab (including Simulink) programming skills. Proficient with the GNU tool chain.
Proficient with Windows and Linux OS.
Proficient with various software applications.
Proficient with HTML and Javascript. I designed the COMM 2010 conference website.
Competent with LaTeX scientific document typesetting.
Good knowledge of Doris and Nest InSAR processing software.
