25 years, with my husband Chip, and our three children.

Teresa McArthur—Sales Agent
Teresa has lived in the Augusta area since middle
school. She has raised her family locally and all of her 5
children graduated from Columbia County schools. She
is licensed Realtor in Georgia and South Carolina, has
many real estate accreditations, awards and belongs to
many industry associations .
Chris Blackburn—Sales Agent
A native of the area, graduate of The University of
Georgia and active member of the community, Chris

Jaime Putnam—Sales Agent

Lauren Benson—Sales Agent
Born and raised in New England, Lauren is a graduate
from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a United
States Marine Corps veteran. Since moving to Augusta
in 2013 with her husband, she has fallen in love with

TJ Washburn grew up in Augusta Ga.
After moving to the Atlanta area as a
teen, he graduated from Eagles Landing
High school in 1999. He played golf in
college first at Miss ST and then came
back to Atlanta to finish his college golf
days at Georgia State University. After
graduating in 2004 with a bachelor's degree in finance, he went to work for the
warranty department of a large national
building company. This began his
knowledge of new home construction
from the ground up.
After returning to Augusta in 2006 he saw
a great opportunity for new development.
His knowledge and hands on work ethic
have given him a vast understanding of
new construction housing. In an industry
that is always changing, he realizes that
utilizing every inch of floor space in the
most effective way possible is more
important than ever. His focus is building

Mike Davis is retired military. He has been stationed
