Company Introduction
Since incorporation in 1984, PESKO Engineering Pte Ltd (PEPL) is one of the leading Electrical and
Instrumentation Contractor in Singapore. PEPL has always been to deliver the distinct core solution for
various multi disciplinary engineering services for Industries & Commercial Buildings from Construction to
Maintenance in Electrical, Instrumentation, Fire Alarm, CCTV, Card Key, Networking, Public Addressing,
Fence Intrusion Detection and Tubular scaffolding systems.
PEPL’s endeavor towards success is well supported by the effective leadership under the Directors
Mr.Khor Chor Chin and Mr.Koh Geok Koon. The management is organized by an experienced team with
clear delineation of individual responsibility and authority. The estimation, planning, scheduling, cost control,
execution, quality control/quality assurance, testing & commissioning of projects are effectively managed by
qualified, trained and experienced personnel by adopting the advanced techniques, tools and proven
standards and procedures.
PEPL is a registered in-house contractor of ExxonMobil Asia Pacific Pte Ltd and Building Control Authority.
PEPL has been executing Maintenance and Project works for Oil and Petrochemical Industry for a period of
over 25 years and has been successful in its growth with good reputation among the clients. The standard
quality of work with excellence in the areas of Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) is what made us to be
a pioneer in the industry.
We do quality endorsed business to the international quality standard ISO 9001:2008 & OHSAS 18001:2007
certification ensures our compliance with international occupational health and safety management system.

PEPL has an experienced & dynamic team of about 450 people that drives the company passionately

PEPL is operating from its head office located at No.2 Joo Koon Road, Singapore in a security enabled
office premises with a large warehouse to stock materials. The site operations are facilitated with our site
offices located at Banyan Drive and ExxonMobil PAC refinery, Jurong Island.
