Highest performance cross-connect system offering the user the
ultimate in future-proofing, far exceeding the requirements for
Category 6. Very easy to install and maintain. Terminates 2 four pair
UTP cables. Recommended use is to hard wire the entire system and
use patchcords (which will over-ride the installed connections) for all
the adds, moves and changes. Modules also allow for centre port test
access for individual data circuits, minimising any network downtime.

KRONE’s pre-terminated fibre system dispenses with the need for on-site
termination. The system includes patch panel kits, wall mount kits in either MTP,
FibreClip, MTRJ, SC or ST variants plus the required length of pre-terminated fibre
optic cable. Available in multimode 62.5/125µm or 50/125µm.
FIBRE - PRE-TERMINATED FIBRE
KRONE Pre-terminated MTP versus FibreClip
The FibreClip pre-terminated fibre solution has been developed to enable an optical link to be installed in the most cost-effective and
fully interchangeable way. Moving away from the multi-fibre ferrule technology employed in MTP connectors while removing a connectorpair loss from each patch panel. The pre-terminated ferrules are connected directly into the FibreClip bodies which are mounted in the
adaptors housed in the patch panel. This enables custom-configuration within the patch panel and ease of rectification if a fault occurs
on any port. To aid the installer not familiar with fibre, the MTP solution remains a solution requiring the minimum level of skill and
quickest installation time.

PATCH PANELS
Plastic fibre patch panel for use with standard cabling or blown fibre
systems. This light-weight and robust panel has sliding tray for easy
access and modular adaptor plate configuration. An integral fibre
management system removes the need for bunny clips or management
stars. Accepts MT-RJ, SC Simplex, SC Duplex, ST, LC and FC adaptors.
Open channels at rear for use with blown fibres. Knock-outs to enable
termination of loose-tube or tight-buffered cables.

MT-RJ FIBRE CONNECTORS & ADAPTORS
Connectors for epoxy polish available in either male (with guide pins)
or female (without guide pins) and are suitable for 50µm or 62.5µm
core multimode fibre. Field termination connectors are specific to the
fibre core required and are installed using the Universal field
termination kit. The shuttered socket can be used in the KRONE
plastic patch panel and fibre outlet, while the Keystone mounting
variant is generically mountable.
