Credit Card Orders
Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American
Express are accepted. Due to heightened
credit card security measures, credit card
information must be complete and accurate.
The 3-digit (4-digit AMEX) security code
must be included. The Bill To address must
be your credit card billing address.
School Orders
School orders will be accepted on official
school purchase orders, school letterhead,
or by attaching a purchase order to the
order form on page 60.
Individual Orders
Orders can be placed by mail, phone, fax, or
online. An order form is enclosed for your
convenience. Your order must be pre-paid
with a check, VISA, MasterCard, Discover,
or American Express. Online orders accept
credit cards only. Please add applicable
