the BKI® model FS-PT countertop rotisserie produces delicious
self-basted chicken, buffalo wings, turkey breasts, or ribs. Excellent
lighting promotes eye appeal and helps maintain optimum
temperature so your customers keep coming back for more.
The FS-PT is a pass-through rotisserie, allowing the back of the
kitchen to load raw product and the front kitchen to pull cooked
product, thus reducing the risk of contamination.
The touchpad controls make operation a breeze so no matter
who uses the rotisserie, the results will be consistently delicious.
Store up to 3 customizable menu programs that cook and hold
product at its peak of flavor.
Cleaning the rotisserie is easy thanks to the removable rotating
assembly and fat collection tray.
