Henderson products are guaranteed for a period of 10 years from the date of purchase against mechanical faults
arising from defects in materials or design. In the unlikely event of your Henderson product failing as a result of
defective materials or design, P C Henderson Ltd will provide a free replacement product.
A manufacturing defect is defined as where the product or component sold is not of merchantable quality nor
fit for its intended purpose. Where P C Henderson Ltd products or components are installed or incorporated
into another entity's or manufacturer's product, P C Henderson Ltd will not be liable for any defect in that third
party product.
Proof of purchase must be submitted when making a claim under this guarantee and all claims must be
submitted within two months of you discovering the fault of your Henderson product.
What is not covered
Other than manufacturing defects, this guarantee excludes all other defects in P C Henderson Ltd's products
including defects caused or contributed in whole or in part by, or resulting from, any of the following:
a) abuse, misuse or neglect;
b) circumstances where the products are used for purposes other than the intended use;
c) natural disasters such as flooding, windstorms and lightning;
d) damage caused by the external environment in which the products are situated
e) alterations to the products by any person unless authorised by P C Henderson Ltd
f) failure to follow the recommended installation and maintenance procedures

Liability for consequential and other damages
P C Henderson Ltd shall not be liable under this guarantee under any circumstances for any other direct or any
indirect, incidental or consequential damages of any kind. P C Henderson Ltd’s liability in respect of products that
it finds to have manufacturing defects is limited to refunding, repairing or replacing the defective products. The
repair or replacement of the defective product will be to a standard that provides the same degree of serviceability
or functionality that a product without defect would otherwise have. P C Henderson Ltd will not be liable in
contract, tort or otherwise for costs, expenses, loss or damage to any person or property, including consequential
losses or loss of profits, resulting directly or indirectly from any defect or breach of guarantee. This guarantee does
not affect your statutory rights.
This is the only guarantee provided by P C Henderson Ltd. All other guarantees, whether expressed or implied by
any legislation, are hereby excluded to the extent permitted by such legislation.
What to do when your Henderson product arrives
When your P C Henderson hardware arrives and before you unpack it, please check that there has been no obvious
damage to the goods or the packing by the courier or delivery company. If any damage is found please follow the
following procedures:
§ If the goods are clearly damaged – please refuse delivery and call our technical sales team immediately
§ If the packaging is damaged - please accept the goods and mark the delivery note ‘packaging damaged’ If
everything is satisfactory, you should unpack the hardware and check for manufacturing faults, defects or
missing parts within 72 hours of the delivery. If there are any faults, defects or missing parts, please contact
our technical sales team
