The feed mixing technology comes in a large

The big turbo auger with an additional auger flight mixes
intensively at low auger speed and this way it is gentle
on the feed structure with short mixing times at the same
time. The flat and hardened scraping bar collects even
concentrates from the hopper bottom and immediately
includes it into the mix, which makes it possible to add fine
feed components any time.

It’s the right hopper geometry that makes the difference
The perfect ratio between the hopper height and width and the appropriate mixing auger is at the beginning of the proper operation of the mixing unit.
The SILOKING Hopper geometry and the turbo auger are aligned perfectly, which provides for short mixing times while preserving the feed structure in
an optimal way. The edged shape of the hopper slows down the feed moving in a circle and therefore supports the vertical mixing process.

The vertical mixing system is the heart of the feed mixer.
More efficient mixing – quicker and safer
Less wear – more reliability!
The combination of the new hopper shape with the optimised turbo auger
reduces the power requirement considerably and at the same time it shows
its qualities by gentle mixing with short mixing times. The new turbo flight
optimises the material flow when using long-fibred feed. With an optional
heavy-duty magnet, foreign materials are removed successfully from the feed.
The gearboxes of the New Generation are 100 % oil-lubricated as a standard.
The gearbox oil can be exchanged and filled up quickly and without any special
tools via the big and transparent oil expansion reservoir.

The areas subject to maximum frictional load, i. e. the
hopper waist and the sides of the door openings, are
equipped with wear-resistant plates made of SILONOX
as a standard in order to considerably increase the
service life and the durability of the machine without
the need for any retrofitting.
The (optional) SILONOX Lining made of an abrasionresistant stainless steel alloy reduces wear to a
minimum, even with high throughput quantities.
Turbo augers and hopper walls can be retrofitted with
SILONOX, too. For some TrailedLine models, even the
hopper wall itself is available made of SILONOX.

Square-bar frame for accurate weighing
The rugged square-bar frame is the basis for the robust SILOKING Chassis. It has an extremely high load capacity and is
torsion-resistant. Together with the special load cell casings, this offers perfect weighing accuracy, even on unlevel ground
and when the mixing hopper is fully loaded.

Besides new axles and axle suspensions, the square-bar frame has been
given more width, which considerably increases driving stability, weighing
accuracy and not least also the payload of the feed mixers.
On the side of the hopper, the load cells are in a newly developed cast casing
so that the weight transfer is carried out at one point only. The distortionfree position of the load cells ensures maximum weighing accuracy.

The perfect SILOKING Cross conveyor belt
A cross conveyor belt allows for depositing feed in a regular and flat feed swath. Feed to be pushed later remains fresh, the
feed intake of the cows increases. SILOKING has used its many years of experience to develop a unique, reliable and long-life
cross conveyor belt to offer you this benefit.
The conveyor belt itself is equipped with conveying slats
of different heights. On the side of the machine, there
are lower slats on the rugged PVC belt, providing for
clog-free transport of the feed. On the side opposite the
discharge door, higher slats considerably increase the
conveying performance. As the slats are divided in the
middle, the belt remains flexible even with different load
and is therefore reliable and low-wear. A profile welded
inside ensures that the belt runs exactly straight.
Double drive
Drive motors on both sides always drive the
conveyor belt in pull direction, no matter what
side discharge is carried out. Together with the
self-cleaners inside, this design reduces wear to
a minimum.
The SILOKING Cross conveyor belt works with slats of different heights for higher performance and more operational reliability.
The coupling between the hydraulic oil motor and the drive
drum ensures smooth running and reduces the forces on the
motors. The belt is driven by two hydraulic oil motors so that
it is always held in tension.
SILOKING offers several options of discharge doors for simple feed discharge.

SILOKING Wireless. The standard of the future – now.
The new terminal works via wireless communication and it is both a weighing system and a control system for trailed feed mixers
(standard for Duo 1814 / 2218 / 3022). Thanks to the wireless operation, the control units can be placed exactly where they should
be, i. e. in the driver’s cabin of the loading and the unloading vehicle, respectively. So, all information is always in view of the driver.
Precise loading becomes easy, quick and efficient with this comfort.

The Terminal Premium
All machine parameters are centrally stored in the
machine box, protected against damage, weather
influences and dust. After the control terminals
have been switched on, they immediately search for
wireless communication with the machine box.
This control terminal combines hydraulic functions and
weight display in the unloading mode. In the loading
mode, you can use the functions of the weighing
system and control the hydraulic counter-blades (e. g.
when processing round bales).
If a control terminal should have to be replaced due
to loss or damage, all machine-specific parameters
(e. g. key assignment, weighing system settings) are
available again as soon as the communication has
been established.
The robust SILOKING Control terminals have been
developed especially for heavy use in agriculture.
This terminal is used to comfortably create loading
and unloading programs and to carry out the electrohydraulic functions and the stored recipes from the
driver’s cabin. The high-resolution display provides
perfect information on the hydraulic functions, the
position of the discharge doors and on the functions of
the weighing system. As the terminal is located in the
driver’s cabin, any unloading programs for discharge
can be selected and started comfortably from there.
SILOKING Adding weighing system
The adding weighing system is a basic equipment for the weighing function (standard for Compact – New Generation),
which exactly displays the current weight during loading and unloading. As opposed to SILOKING Wireless, this
weighing system is mounted to the feed mixer.
The optional Programmable weighing system enables you to call any loading programs created.

This functional package includes one Terminal Basic in
the loading vehicle and one in the unloading vehicle with
the feed mixer. Both terminals enable you to comfortably
set the weighing system to zero from the driver’s seat
before loading. It is also possible to carry out partial
weighing during loading and to display the total weight
after loading by pressing a key.
On top of the control of the weighing system offered
by Wireless SWT, this functional package allows you to
control the hydraulic functions via the Terminal Basic.
It is possible to control some individual hydraulic
functions via the terminal in the loading vehicle, e. g.
the hydraulic counter-blades when breaking up round
bales.
SILOKING Wireless Programmable weighing
system (FM)
The functional package of SILOKING Wireless SWT/SWE
+ FM includes a Terminal Premium in the unloading
vehicle with the feed mixer. It is both a programmable

This user-friendly program allows you to comfortably create feed
components, animal groups as well as loading and unloading
programs on the PC. On the other side, the data collected during
feeding are evaluated in view of sustained increasing of the
loading precision.
All programs can be entered and changed both on the PC
and in the Terminal Premium. Any updated information is
transferred in a safe and reliable way via a standard USB
stick.
The software works as online application
and is therefore always up-to-date. There is
no need for frequent software updates. The
software enables your feeding consultant to
directly transfer his calculated recipe so that
you need no time to enter the data.
The SILOKING Feeding Management Software is practiceoriented and an easy-to-use tool for every user. As SILOKING
Customer you work with a web-based software offering you

The new generation of the SILOKING Duo range represents consequent further development of feed mixing technology and its overall
concept by using new intelligent features and technologies. In detail and on the whole it offers the farmer clear benefits, aiming at animal
health, comfort, reliability and efficiency.
SILOKING Wireless as a standard
New door concept – more reliability, less wear
Of course, the overall concept of the new generation of feed mixers involves
consequent use of SILOKING Wireless as a standard, offering control of
rations and technology. In line with: simply | intelligent | feeding!
The discharge door with “double-L guide“ is positively guided for regular
and easy closing even under load. A sharp cutting edge made of SILONOX
at the bottom of the door ensures feed-tight closing with the partly filled
machine, too. Therefore, it is always possible to add concentrates to the mix
later, as well.
The driver is shown the position of the discharge door via electronic sensors
of SILOKING Wireless comfortably and exactly in the control terminal.
On the basis of the positive experience made with the FlowPlus hopper ring and the working of
the Duo Avant, this rounded hopper ring is standard for the new generation of feed mixers. The
oil expansion reservoirs are mounted in a highly visible and protected position and they are easy
to reach.
The discharge door and the hopper wall are flush inside, thus improving the mixing efficiency
and reducing the power requirement.

Appropriate loading height
In general, all new SILOKING Duo models are based on the maximum size of the three model ranges, respectively. The chassis, the drive as well
as the electronic system are always the same. By choosing from various hopper heights and tyres, the machine can be adapted exactly to the
passage heights in the barn or to the maximum height of the loading vehicle. It is however very important that the turbo auger is adapted for any
reduced hopper height in order to meet the quality requirements established by the hopper geometry.
Modular for the perfect size
Due to the special hopper design, the models within the ranges differ only as far as the hopper
height and the turbo auger height are concerned. The chassis and the drive remain unchanged
and they are always designed for the maximum size.

the robust TrailedLine Classic Feed mixer have proven themselves to this day. The robust design guarantees long life and low operational costs.

The robust underrun protection with integrated lighting
at the rear of the machine as well as the forged towing
eye on the drawbar are only a few of the standards that
ensure safe use of the SILOKING Feed mixer, not only on
public roads. The standard machines include axles with
adapted dimensions as well as a variety of options,
e. g. brakes, suspensions and steering axles, which
allows for maximum payloads whilst complying with
legal requirements any time.
The 2-speed gearbox reduces the power requirement
while increasing the work quality. Furthermore, round
bales and fresh grass are broken up and cut in an optimal
way by using the high speed. When feeding, the high
speed is used for quick, perfect and complete emptying
of the mixing hopper. The 2-speed gearbox is standard
from model 10-T upwards and it is optional for models 7
to 10.
The modern and simple Wireless Control is available as
an option for all Classic models, as well. This way, the
Classic models offer all the benefits of the SILOKING
Wireless system – such as the weight display always
in view of the driver, comfortable and safe shift of the
2-speed gearbox and simple controlling of feeding.

The SILOKING Smart has been developed with two important facts in mind – minimum cost with maximum reliability! It fulfils these requirements in
a perfect way, offering proven SILOKING Technology that is reliable as usual. The compact design provides it with optimal manoeuvrability for flexible
use and makes it the first choice especially for smaller farms.

The details make the difference
The through drive shaft guarantees smooth running of the machine for low wear and long life. The safe step allows for looking into the mixing hopper: thanks
to its position on the square-bar frame, the operator is not weighed when he climbs onto it (e. g. when adding mineral feed), so the weighing system keeps
displaying the exact weight. In view of exact weighing, the load cells are mounted onto the square-bar frame below the mixing hopper even with this compact
feed mixer, which considerably increases durability.

With its two or three high-performance turbo augers, the SILOKING Duo offers enormous capacities, also with longer transport distances and big herds.
The advantage of the unique torsion-resistant SILOKING Square-bar frame makes the difference, especially when it comes to using long frames: by
producing exact weighing results and high driving stability, even on unlevel ground.
The models from Duo 12 to Duo 14-T as well as Duo 18-T offer excellent dimensions for driving
through cramped buildings and they have a low loading height.

Due to the optimised and conical hopper geometry, combined with a particularly compact design, a considerably higher utilisation of the hopper volume can be
reached even if the ration includes a high percentage of long-fibred feed. In addition, the Duo Avant offers low drag resistance and reliable function.

The unique SILOKING Three-point chassis is simple, well-thought and
extremely manoeuvrable. The position of the mixing hopper between the
front axle and the rear axle makes it possible to use the gentle vertical
mixing system and provides the machine with reduced height. So, even old
buildings can be used in an efficient way. The twin steering unit at the rear
allows for quick manoeuvres to save time in any situation.
Due to the compact design and short distances between the engine and
the units (milling head, mixing unit, traction drive), the drive is particularly
efficient and economical. This saves fuel and costs, day after day, year
after year. In addition, minimal maintenance requirements as well as
wear-resistant assemblies ensure low operating costs.

In the case of a particularly narrow feed table, the feed
can be discharged via two discharge door openings
(optional) on both sides at the same time – guaranteed
without rolling over the feed. The feed remains loose, it
is not crushed on the feed table.
There are further options for feed discharge available.
The turning point of the SILOKING SelfLine is at the
front axle. As steering is at the rear, the milling head
at the front of the machine is manoeuvred very quickly,
especially for collecting feed from the outer edges of
the silo. Clean collection to the furthest corners saves
manual work and a lot of time, day after day.
The main load is on the front driving axle, even with
the mixing hopper being empty. This ensures perfect
traction in winter conditions, too. Together with the
low centre of gravity, this provides the SILOKING
SelfLine with an excellent driving stability. The air
suspension at front and at rear has been adopted
from truck technology, it absorbs impacts and
protects both the machine and the driver.
Due to the three-point design, the rugged square-bar frame is
torsion-resistant and ensures long life as well as precise weighing
of the feed components.
The simple rear steering offers a particularly small turning radius of
the whole machine and obstacles can be avoided easily, even inside
buildings.
The combination of low design and rear steering in the three-point
chassis makes manoeuvres in cramped farms, at the silage clamp
and in the barn simple and safe. Narrow and low barn passages as
well as dead-end feed tables are managed easily and quickly.
The unique three-point chassis is particularly fast and enables you to use
the SILOKING SelfLine also in narrow and low old buildings.

Despite perfectly organised feeding routines the driver may have to leave the driver’s cabin, be it only for closing a barn door. The particularly low entry is both
comfortable and ergonomic and makes entering or leaving so easy that the driver will enjoy doing these jobs immediately, too.
The joystick and other control elements are arranged in a way to allow perfect and intuitive control of the machine by just relying on one’s gut feeling. Heated
external mirrors, good air circulation in the cabin and large windscreen wipers offer free vision when entering into the barn, even at different temperatures.

Milling
The 2 m wide high-performance milling head has special transport shovels right behind the knives. Immediately after collection, they transport
the feed to the middle of the milling head where it is taken up by the particularly wide and high conveying channel as quickly as possible and
conveyed into the mixing hopper. Minimum time in the milling head means maximum preservation of the feed structure!
Bulky, moist as well as fine feed components can be collected precisely with the SILOKING Milling head. Any feed that has been collected in
excess can be thrown out from the conveying channel again via the reversing mode by pushing a button.

Only 42 cranked knives cut the feed precisely from the feed clamp. With the
integrated transport shovels right behind the knives the feed is conveyed straight
to the wide and high conveying channel at the centre of the milling head.

The milling head by SILOKING is gentle on the feed structure –
there is no difference between self-loading and external loading.

range on the basis of practical experience. So, the 25 km/h and 40 km/h versions generally come with air suspension and automatic level control.

The transfer auger achieves transfer heights up to 3,80 m.
Biogas bacteria work in an optimal way only with a homogeneous and loose

Along with the mixer and metering system, SILOKING offers technology for feeding the fermenter. The functions and drives of the systems are
aligned precisely, which ensures perfect operation from the very first day. There is one concept and one contact for one-stop planning and service!
All components that get into contact with feed are completely made of especially thick stainless steel. Furthermore, the narrowest sections of the
auger housing are equipped with easy-to-change plastic inserts. This provides for reliability and long life. The modular design of stainless steel
