• Keep work area clean and well lit. Cluttered or
dark areas can lead to accidents.

OPERATION

or broken. Doing so may result in injury. If
the front cover is cracked, contact Inventables

• Never operate with front cover open. Carvey
is designed to work only with the cover closed.

will void your warranty and risk serious injury to
you and others.
• Operate Carvey only on a surface that is level
and stable. If Carvey is placed on a non-level
or unstable surface, Carvey can fall, damaging
Carvey and risking injury to you and to others.
• Never attempt to cut magnesium or any other
flammable material. Sparks or fire may occur
if you attempt to cut materials with Carvey
that were not sold by Inventables. You are
responsible for the materials you choose to cut.
Investigate their composition and confirm that
they are safe for your use before trying to use
them with Carvey.
• When using a vacuum cleaner to take up
cutting waste, exercise caution to prevent
fire or dust explosion. Taking up fine cuttings
using an ordinary vacuum cleaner may cause
danger of fire or explosion. Check with the
manufacturer of the vacuum cleaner. When the
safety of use cannot be determined, clean using
a brush or the like, without using the vacuum
cleaner.
• Do not use Carvey with liquid materials or any
materials that contain liquids. Explosions or
serious injury can result, along with damage to
Carvey that will void your warranty.
WARNING:
Do not attempt to modify this product or create
accessories or attachments not recommended
for use with this product. Any such alteration
or modification is misuse and could result in a
hazardous condition leading to possible serious
personal injury. It will also void your warranty.
