Provides a collaborative and inter-disciplinary research environment of high application value
Supported by world-class facilities and equipment
Department of
Hong Kong PhD Fellowship Scheme* will award the following
for a maximum period of 3 years:•
•
Computing
A monthly stipend of HK$20,000 (approximately US$2,600)
A conference and research related travel allowance of HK$10,000 (approximately US$1,300) per year
[* Remark: The Hong Kong PhD Fellowship Scheme is offered by the Research Grants Council of Hong Kong (RGC).]
The University will award:•
The same provision of the RGC as stated above during students’ fourth year of study, for those with a
four-year normal study period
A tuition scholarship covering the entire normal study period
Accommodation:•
Hall accommodation will be guaranteed in the first year of study at students’ own cost.
