Please note that the responsible supervisor must be a professor at ETH Zurich even though the actual daily
supervision might be carried out by an assistant, PhD student, Postdoc, etc. You may indicate below the daily
advisor and/or any other person (e.g. secretariat) you wish to be a point of contact regarding the above
mentioned student’s stay:

 Students coming to ETH Zurich for projects only (no courses) as invited visiting students may apply up until 2
months before the planned starting date (online application completed and submitted, including all documents). Students who need a visa for Switzerland should submit their application earlier, because the
visa application process may take up to 3 months and cannot be started without the official confirmation of the Student Exchange Office. Kindly note that your confirmation is required to complete the student’s
application as an invited visiting student.
 Please return the confirmation (duly completed and signed as scan of good quality) to the applicant.
The student will have to upload the confirmation in the our online tool Mobility-Online in order to complete
her/his application.

myriam.keller@akd.ethz.ch) immediately should there be any changes in the duration of the research project/thesis or regarding the supervision as indicated above.
