Building Regulations
The majority of Green Deal work needs to be notified under the Building Regulations. Companies are able to
self-certify and notify their work to local authority building control by being a registrant of NICEIC’s Competent
Person Scheme. This is a quick, easy and low cost way of managing this requirement.
We are also able to offer registration onto NICEIC's Competent Person Scheme which will be available for the measures
applied for in Green Deal, at no additional cost. Please tick this box to opt in
