$680 SFAA Members, $810 Non-Members
(includes Managing Rental Housing textbook, student guide course materials,
binder, & application package; does not
include the $50.00 application fee.)
Individual Courses:
$80 SFAA Members, $95 Non-Members
REGISTRATION—Spring 2008 Series
ADVANCE PAYMENT REQUIRED Series is refundable provided cancellation is received prior to the first day of instruction, less a $75 cancellation fee if cancelled
within 5 days of series start. Cancellation refunds after start of series will be based on per hour of completed instruction rate. For individual course registrations, a full
refund will be given to those who cancel with at least 5 days of course date. For cancellations within 4 days prior to a course date there will be a $10 cancellation fee.
No refunds will be given to registrants who fail to attend any course without canceling. Courses may be rescheduled for a $25 fee and any required registration costs.
