●● Maintenance support period
The standard maintenance support period for the ETERNUS CS800 S6 is five years from the date of purchase, or is defined in your service level agreement (SLA).
●● Maintenance
Do not attempt to repair the ETERNUS CS800 S6 by yourself. Ask Fujitsu to dispatch one of its maintenance engineers or a maintenance engineer authorized by Fujitsu
for maintenance work.
Note that our maintenance engineer may connect maintenance equipment (such as PCs) in order to diagnose the ETERNUS CS800 S6.
