PROFILE
Anna regularly provides advice to professional service
providers including accountants, architects and engineers on
regulatory compliance, particularly in relation to structuring and
marketing, LLP agreements, and mergers and acquisitions.

Anna focuses her practice on corporate and commercial law with an emphasis on advising companies
with respect to day to day operations, mergers and acquisitions and private equity. Anna has extensive
experience advising on the organization of businesses and the day to day legal concerns facing
companies, drafting acquisitions, shareholder, partnership and joint-venture agreements, as well as a
broad range of general commercial agreements (including supply agreements, distribution agreements
and consulting agreements). Anna also advises numerous international clients on their entry into Canada.

Acted for an accounting firm with respect to its regulatory, compliance and various acquisitions
and divestitures
Acted for an engineering firm with respect to its purchase by a global firm
Acted for accounting firms with respect to structuring and drafting their LLP agreements
