is as follows:
1. The power purchase details for the FY 09-10 duly certified by statutory
auditors are _attached hereWith as Annexure 1. The aforesaid_ audited

DERC has desired for confirmation of the following:

B. Limitations
a.
Claims for adjustments made by the parties, related to previous months/periods,
have been booked in the month of billing for
the same.

Energy exchanges under banking arrangement for the month of March 2010 have
been booked on the basis of provisional Regional Energy Account (REA) and
would be actualized after the finalization of REA.
c.
Unscheduled Interchanged (UI) power sale/purchase to State Load Dispatch
Center (SLDC) for the period 8'h Feb'10 to
31" Mar' 10 and Intrastate Power
sale/purchase for the month of Feb'10 and klar 1
10 has been taken on provisional
basis at best estimates.
