POINTS TO NOTE FOR THE BUILD-UP POWER:
Points to note:
1) Mains Power
a. The rates quoted include consumption.
b. Exhibition stands mains power will only be activated on the last day of build-up.
c. Stand contractors are required to be present to activate their mains power 1 hour before and 1hour after
the show opening times.
2) Build-up Power
a. The distribution boards for build-up power will be located in each of the 4 corners of the halls
b. Each hall will have four distribution boards
c. The contractor will connect their own equipment and cables to the distribution board

d. Each distribution board will consist of single phase & three phase female commando or CEE Form sockets
and 13 Amps plug tops
e. For each order the contractor will be issued with a numbered socket
f. Contractor build-up power is only to be used for stand construction purposes and not for stand testing
g. Build-up power will be used for build-up and tear down only
h. Build-up power cannot be shared with other stand contractors
i. The contractor will need to order and pay the power Pico International LLC.
j. Pico will provide duty technician for build-up power
k. There will be a separate breaker for each socket, in case the power trips, the contractor needs to contact
the Pico service desk to reset the breaker
l. All extension cables should be protected by a 13 Amps fuse
m. For orders of more than 15 Amps single phase, the contractor needs to supply their own male CEE form
socket
n. There will no other power source during build up, only the build- up power distribution boards will be live
o. During the event the build-up power distribution boards will be turned off
3) General
a. All orders for utilities must follow the required guidelines and be submitted with a clear and precise grid
plan at the time of ordering.
b. Any changes required due to incorrect grid plans will be subject to a surcharge.
c. The rates quoted are per event based on a maximum 7 day rental basis only.
PLEASE RETURN THE COMPLETED ORDER FORM BY EMAIL ON OR BEFORE 5TH AUGUST 2016. OTHERWISE,
YOU WILL BE LIABLE TO THE APPROPRIATE SURCHARGE AS IMPOSED BY THE UTILITY AUTHORITIES. PICO
INTERNATIONAL WILL SEND THE INVOICE BY RETURN TOGETHER WITH THE BANK DETAILS FOR PAYMENT.
ITEMS WILL NOT BE SUPPLIED IF PAYMENT IS NOT RECEIVED IN ADVANCE
